TFA’s Legislative Action Committee (“TFALAC”) works to persuade legislators and government leaders to protect your right to keep and bear arms.
TFALAC is a Political Action Committee that is separate but affiliated with the Tennessee Firearms Association. TFALAC has been registered as a political action committee in Tennessee since approximately 1996. Contributions to the PAC are not tax deductible.
Generally, a PAC must report all contributions and expenditures. However, it only has to report detail (names, amounts and addresses) on contribution in excess of $100 per person per quarterly reporting period.
